653.22 Loitering With Intent To Commit Prostitution
653.22(A) Loitering With Intent To Commit Prostitution
653.22(A)(4) Any person who circles an area in a motor vehicle and repeatedly beckons to, contacts, or attempts to contact or stop pedestrians or other motorists, indicative of soliciting for prostitution.
653.22(B) Loitering in public place with intent to commit prostitution.
