What does California Criminal Code 23572(A) Mean?

23572(A)	Minor Passenger: Enhanced Penalty
23572(A)(1)	Enhancement - Imprisonment of 48 continuous hour in county jail for conviction of DUI with passenger under age 14.
23572(A)(2)	If a person is convicted of a violation of Section 23152 punishable under Section 23540, the punishment shall be enhanced by an imprisonment of 10 days in the county jail, whether or not probation is granted, no part of which may be stayed.
23572(A)(3)	Enhancement of 30 days in jail for DUI with minor under age 14 as passenger.
