But the Vehicle Code addresses certain crimes involving cars, motor vehicles and driving. The Health & Safety Code addresses most crimes involving marijuana or narcotics. 286(C)(2)(C)	Any person who commits an act of sodomy with another person who is a minor 14 years of age or older when the act is accomplished against the victim’s will.
