But the Vehicle Code addresses certain crimes involving cars, motor vehicles and driving. The Health & Safety Code addresses most crimes involving marijuana or narcotics. 602(W)	Refusing or failing to leave a battered women’s shelter at any time after being requested to leave by a managing authority of the shelter.
