What are Crime Codes

California law defines each crime according to a specific code section. The Penal Code defines the vast majority of the crimes. But the Vehicle Code addresses certain crimes involving cars, motor vehicles and driving. The Health & Safety Code addresses most crimes involving marijuana or narcotics. 647(J)(3) Using concealed camera or photographic device to secretly film / photograph / videotape person who may be in a state of full or partial undress.
647(J)(3)(A) Use concealed camcorder / photographic camera / etc to secretly videotape / film / photograph / etc another person without their consent or knowledge.
647(J)(3)(A) Any person who uses a concealed camcorder or other camera to secretly video or record another for purpose of viewing the body.
